Aug 11,2023I requested a withdrawal more than 5 weeks ago and I am nowhere near seeing my money. I’ve emailed the company 10 times now and it’s excuse after excuse. First, my original bank wouldn’t accept their transaction (I checked with the bank and this is false), then they asked me for another set of bank details but forgot to process the transaction. When I reminded them, they processed it only a week later with some details still from the original bank and others with the second bank, meaning that the transaction wouldn’t go through. I had to contact them again regarding this and regarding the fact that they chose to transfer the money with a different company, which was now converting AED to GBP at a rate which was much worse than the previous company was doing, meaning I was actually losing money even though I had been left waiting for my money for weeks. Their emails claim that they care about the problem and are doing everything to solve it but, since this has been mistake after mistake, I don’t believe that to be the case any longer. As I write this, I still haven’t got my money back. Please avoid at all costs.
