Feb 05,2023First of all to Trustpilot Team : I am real person not fake one ( Ready for any kind of identity verification ) so I’m reviewer for my personal experience with getstake as one of the property investors in this platform getstake.com. Now about Getstake After my purchase of some shares in one of listed properties. And one day by chance I find some properties which been listed at getstake website where it been offered and sold in the market by 35% lower listed price. From their and because I am already 12 years senior digital marketing expert. I start researching about all units listed in the website and start tracking every unit sales history. And which agent was buying and selling it. And with some more detailed research you can find some cross transaction between same agents, buyers. And seller for many deferent units in similar and non similar project. Such suspicious cases cycle is allowing the properties cost to get marked up with 25% to 35%. Which means we as investors are buying those shares with price higher than real (original) deal and the on the top of that we pay a lot of fees types. Getstake policy and terms is saying they are collecting money from investors to buy properties and then manage the investment for us. But in the mentioned cases they are trading and buying it and then sell to investors . Anyway details are a lot and to be declares in the nearest future. I submit one review earlier and getstake sent to trustpilot to hide it and delete saying it have harmful and illegal information. I hope trustpilot would communicate with in case they have any doubt about my idintity or my participation at getstake platform as real investor.

Feb 04,2023Hello everyone Please mind that most of reviews here are done third party marketing firm belong to Getstake . Also I'm one of Getstake investors now, and After a very careful and detailed research and tracking of many property deals I can tell you it is a very big scam environment, by tracking some REVA residences properties which they sold in the website found out that it been purchased earlier by them at 990k 5 units deal and then they start listing those units one by one every week or two to sell in the website by 1.487 mil . on the top of that taking management fees and profit share and other fees. which is crazy and that is enough to sell to you shares with very high price comparing to market. also after the proposal made on the website for one property that monthly rent is xxxx and after two month I got way lower than that promised and proposed income as you need to understand guys, After being in , you will never have anyway to pull back and you just keep seeing that you had been scammed legally from one side, anyway, I am preparing with one real estate advisor and my two lawyers a complete case showing the clear prove about their over pricing of units which they buy earlier and then list in the website . be careful guys.
