Nov 01,2022Unfortunately just three stars since there has been a couple miss communications regarding the real pick up date and I showed up in the showroom 3 times and was sent back since the bike was not ready. I would really like to see some more proactivity from the sales team in store since the finance, logistic team rescued the entire experience.

My next frame will be a Standert, and my girlfriends frame/bike will be a Standert. The handling is incredibly nimble and responsive. Thank you for your business.
