The Standert team were outstanding throughout and knowledgeable and accomodating to a couple of specific set-up requests. Bike arrived this week and I could not be more satisfied with the ride, the look and overall quality of the bike. Not enough stars available to express my delight!

Sep 15,2022Great jersey and love the blue color, but unfortunately after one ride the stitching on the back pocket came unthreaded. Gonna take it to my local tailor to repair it. Standerts customer service was quick and helpful to solve the issue.

Sep 01,2022Buying bikes especially road bikes is or at least can be quite a personal thing, people connect with pro teams and or riders which can influence this. I had been feeling quite disenchanted by the whole industry but still wanted to get a frame that was different, individual and said more about me I guess I wanted to stand out from the crowd. I don’t know how but I came across Standert through my love of fixies and just loved this young, grassroots team with an ethos of bikes from people who love cycling for people who love cycling! So I bought a Kreissäge and couldn’t have been happier with what arrived and since this purchase I’ve maintained contact with Maxe Faschina who has been a great and kind support. More recently I had a warranty issue and was dealing with the excellent Scott Wardell. My issue was handled with real professionalism, care and with that rare “above and beyond” level of service that leaves you feeling more of a friend than just a customer, part of the Standert family you might say. My new frame arrived and I’m not ashamed to say that I was emotional and shed a little tear due to this stunning new Kreissäge RS and the incredible service I was provided. The frames are made one at a time, by Italian builders with love and care then they travel to Standert HQ where they’re also assembled with love and care by people who love to ride. So if you love to ride, like to stand out from the crowd, love beautifully made and looking bikes and have any sense you’ll look to join the Standert family and I guarantee you with a little patience and kindness you won’t be disappointed! Massive thanks to Maxe, Scott and the whole team at Standert 🤘🏻

Oct 13,2022Awesome customer care and product. Slight delay in production / delivery, but the delay was communicated perfectly + provided with options to switch components to not wait so long etc.. The Kreissage RS itself is splendid, outperformed all my expectations and for me personally it’s even more comfortable than my previous Canyon Ultimate CF SL 8 RSVP, which I wasn’t expecting based on the stiffer frame. Also somehow doesn’t feel heavier (even when it is), probably due to awesome ride feel which compensates the added weight. All in all, I’m in love with Standert and am already looking out for some gravel model to add to the collection. Thanks!
