Nov 07,2024I was treated as valuable customer. So I had a license question and contacted stellarinfo via their chat. I didn't have to wait and customer servicer was understandable with my problem and offered solution quickly. My customer servicer was named Swatantra. I was very happy how I was treated. And the product itself is very good. I have used it only twice by now, but first time I managed to recover nearly all files from corrupted SSD, and the second time I was just searching for deleted files which I managed to recover.

Nov 07,2024Absolute time waster. I wanted to convert MBOX files to PST as changing email host. They advertise their converter product as saving the email folder structure and btw that it can be used on Mac. Neither is true. I asked first about Mac than abut email folder structure retention and all I got via chat is a contradicting vague script of answer. I will not buy from them.

Nov 07,2024De iPhone van mijn zoon was gecrasht. Hij wilde heel graag zijn foto's terug. The Phonelab lukte het niet en verwees ons naar Stellar. Vanaf het eerste moment was de communicatie duidelijk en eerlijk. Geweldige klantenservice. Doen iedere keer wat ze zeggen, binnen de aangegeven tijd. Je wordt altijd dezelfde dag nog teruggebeld. Wat een verademing in een wereld waar je overal zelf 10 x achteraan moet zitten. Supergoede klantenservice!!! Nooit onverwacht bijkomende kosten en no cure no pay. Ze hebben zeker 6 weken op alle mogelijke manieren geprobeerd het probleem te verhelpen, maar het is uiteindelijk niet gelukt. Dit ligt niet aan Stellar, maar de telefoon was gewoon onherstelbaar beschadigd. Dus nu krijgen wij hem gratis retour. Veel bedrijven zouden van Stellar kunnen leren hoe je een klant die niet eens het gewenst resultaat heeft gekregen, toch zo tevreden kunt laten zijn!
