Devashish was very professional in his handling of the problem that i had. All my outlook contacts had disappeared from the system. He was most helpful in recovering the contacts and creating a backup to help me to recreate the file in case it gets lost again. My thanks to him for his patience and ability to solve the problem. I purchased a license for this software thinking that it was easy to use for a non-super advanced computer user like myself....HUGE MISTAKE!!! This program is extremely difficult to use and the "support" offered by this company is incomplete and wrong and just abysmal. I spent hours of my time trying to erase a hard drive with this program and ....NO DICE! Please don't waste your time or money with this company as there are NO REFUNDS! Look elsewhere!!!!
