If I could give this a 0, I would. Product doesn't work, submitting a refund request doesn't work. When I finally got a request in I was given a run-around. They are trying not to refund. Poorest design of a website I have ever seen. No way to contact anyone except technical support. DO NOT BUY

I bought the software and it recovered a badly damaged video file, even though playback is (so far) too slow, audio not synced, will work and check technical issues later. At the moment I'm wasting my time to cancel the (automatically set) annual subscription renewal which was mentioned in Email n°.4 - easy to oversee. Trying to get into my account, reset password, whatever, nothing works. Update: Thanks for your attempt to repair the video file. It took you one week to have exactly the same result as I had within an hour, nevermind, the corrrupt video file in the beginning was not your fault, that was ManyCam. I might be able in Premiere Pro to sync Video and Audio-Signal. Still, because of the forced subscription attempt, I'm updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars only.
