Dec 29,2023CASE NO [## 524381 ##] 7-day nightmare with Stellar Support: Bought software, ran QuickBooks, saw data preview. After recovery—no customer/vendor info! Contacted support, sent details. Absolutely infuriating experience! Swatantra from India assured me during a 1-hour call that if data appeared in Stellar Software preview, it was 100% recoverable. Sent all files/passwords, QuickBooks exe, license, and product key. Instructed to call 8 am - 4 pm IST for level 2 support. This went all the way 8 days and Thu, frustration peaked! Over 72 hours, no update or clue. Asked Neha about the issue; she seemed clueless after 8 days of working on the file. Unacceptable! I Demanded a refund and they offered Partial Refund that even not in thier policy, Guy has guts to ask Partial Refund.
