Oct 05,2013Reliable, punctual, friendly and always have cleaned up after themselves. They have looked after us for over twenty years and we have found them to be totally recommendable. We have an annual service covering the boiler and a reduced call out cost if we have problems - when we have needed a repair done they have always fitted us in without undue delay.

Sep 28,2013This job was a standard annual service. The engineer noted an abnormality in the boiler flame. Further investigation revealed a corroded and damaged flue reported to me as the cause of the problem and that it could be put right by replacement of the flue. He contacted the office and was informed that the part was no longer available and that although the boiler was perfectly servicable, it would have to be replaced. After the engineer left I called the boiler manufacturer and was told that the part was obtainable. Following a complaint to Stevenson, they have now confirmed that the part is available s\ving the cost of a new boiler.

Sep 27,2013As advised, I purchased some filters for my Johnson and Starley warm air central heating unit. Unfortunately, Stevenson Heating Ltd use a private company called UK Mail to deliver their products. As is usual for this company, the delivery was made to the incorrect address!. I did finally receive the goods when my neighbour brought the items around. So great product but delivery service unreliable.

Oct 11,2013Our heating system and boiler is perhaps on it's last legs, but reassurance from your engineers each year as they take it to pieces and clean it down, gives us the comments that we like to hear,in that for the time being we can keep it going, and will inform you immediately if we need to renew or update. Using a simple magnet last week, it was found that there was a blockage near the hot water tank pipe. In no time at all we had a quote for it to be repaired, and a visit is arranged within one week. This is efficient servicing, and will keep us with you for many years to come. Thanks.
