Jun 13,2013We have been using Stevenson Heating for more than 20 years. They offer an excellent annual service and maintenance contract which ensures that not only is your boiler (and entire central heating system) fit for use, but also you have the reassurance that should a problem occur you will have someone professional and reliable coming to do repairs. Stevenson looked after our old boiler for years, and then when the time came, advised us on the most appropriate replacement for our size of property and needs. We have had very few reasons to call an emergency engineer out over the years, but when we have had to, there has been a good response.

Jun 12,2013I was going to give four stars, thereby allowing them to try to improve some more, but they have always been thorough and taken the trouble to find out what was needed, then to offer suggestions and finally to install a thoroughly reliable system that works brilliantly. Two years ago, they responded promptly to my call concerning a local elderly neighbour, whose vintage boiler had failed, it was in the height of the very cold weather. They got the system running again economically and within just a few hours of my call. Personally, I have used Stevenson Heating for some 20 years for problem solving and the supply of parts that I have needed. Since their installation of our new boiler five years ago, Stevenson Heating has maintained our system with a yearly check and the odd tweek carried out. Every person that I have met has been knowledgeable and personable with a competence to match.

Jun 12,2013Your Gas fitter arrived on time to fit a gas fire. It was a very difficult job which needed a lot of patience to install. He made a very good job and gave me advice regarding ventilation of voids. A job well done. Thank you.

Jun 11,2013You get "old school" treatment here, and you'll be all the better for it. Not had a bad experience from them. They installed my house system in 1981/2, and refurbished the system and upgraded the boiler under the scrappage scheme. Thoroughly recommended!

Jun 11,2013I used this company based on internet reviews when I was new to the area. Wanted a local company rahter than a big faceless national one as I hoped the service would be better and it was. Serviced the boiler as expected-fixed a radiator that wasnt working but required a very simple fix and didnt charge extra. Very happy with attitude and work and would use again (which is what I was looking for-local tradesmen who you can rely on!!)
