Jul 09,2013It is often said that the best way of choosing a company or service is by recommendation. A neighbour had her boiler installed by Stevenson Heating and was very satisfied with the service and so, when I decided to have mine replaced, I asked Stevenson Heating for a quotation. The price quoted was very much as I was expecting (and much less than British Gas!). The installation went without a hitch and I have now had my first annual service. Confidence in Stevenson Heating has meant that I have cancelled my annual contract with British Gas thus saving money in the future.

Jul 02,2013Contacted Stevenson after reading reviews on Which Local. Needed a company to have a look at our Thermal Solar installation as it was not working. After a few conversations and a visit by an Engineer to have a look at our existing pump. We paid our deposit and got a date for our engineer visit. Engineer turned up on time, and was extremely professional. i would not hesitate to use this company again, i am very impressed.

Jul 01,2013Stephenson Heating do my annual boiler inspection and gas safety certificate. A company is only as good as its staff and, over the last 21years, I would rate the service as 4 star in respect of thoroughness. The engineer who carried out the current service, Daniel, was excellent. He went through everything as per schedule including checking operation of radiator TRVs which is often missed. He is 5 star plus.

Jun 26,2013Stevenson Heating installed our original boiler and were the first choice to replace it with a new efficient one. Although there were a few hiccups during installation, once installed the boiler has worked perfectly apart froma leak in the boiler due to an incorrectly factory fitted seal. They arranged for the manufacturers to replace it under warranty and it has been OK since and they have continued to carry out their annual service. They arrive at the appointed time and complete the service with little fuss.

Jun 18,2013I needed to arrange a Gas Safety / Boiler inspection and Stevenson’s came recommended. Their engineer turned up in the appointed time window, was polite, respectful of the property and undertook the required checks and issued documentation as required. I was contacted by Stevenson’s after the appointment as I had unknowingly made an overpayment which they pointed out and soon rectified. I have now opted for the annual safety check from Stevenson’s so that I do not forget. For me a good experience all round.
