Jun 11,2013I truly recommend Stevensons - not only do they service my boiler and rads. yearly at a very reasonable price - but they deal with any problems efficiently and with speed for me they are the best for miles around.

Apr 18,2013Every year Stevenson's remind us the boiler needs servicing, they are flexible on dates and time because they are a local company, they come and do the job at a good price. They also wear little bootie overshoes to keep the carpet clean. Nice bloke. What's not to like ;-)

Apr 05,2013I have used the services from Stevensons heating for several years and found them them to be highy reliable and helpful and cost affective. They have responsed to emergency calls quickly and I have not had to wait too long whilst dealing with on site repairs and servicing. I also like the fact that they offer a variety of time slots to arrange to assist with any concerns and I recently had no hot water or heating and found the response and time frame very helpful and effective. I certainly will carry on being a customer and would highly recommend their services to family and friends.

Mar 28,2013phoned the guy Saturday morning he said it will be emergency call out cost £127.00 but I probable wont be able to do any repair though." freezing cold day " do you still want me to come out, I said yes I need it repaired. The guy came, looked, said it needed a new circuit board and he hadn't got one in the van, I just looked at him and said " even if you have, your not going to say because you don't want to do the job " which he denied. You'll have to ring monday morning to get an engineer to come out. so what is the point of paying £127.00 for an emergency call out. We froze over the weekend and then had to phone again Monday morning . Total cost £369.17 The emergency call out we had in December the guy was brilliant , took a part back to the depot to fix , then came back and fixed it in, brilliant, worth the call out fee.

Jun 11,2013This company has serviced my heating system for many years and I have never had any cause for complaint. They have fitted a cold water storage tank in the loft, a new boiler, a hot water tank, radiator and bleeder valves all at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
