She was spot on suggesting what would work best in our home and quickly communicated the costs and next steps. Heidi was so flexible when I had to change the install appointment several times due to conflicts with our renovation. The installer Jon was also very efficient and installed our blinds perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and Stoneside!

I feel compelled to add my comments here, even though I rarely write reviews. From Melanie’s friendly and professional demeanor and fine design instincts, to Joe Bach’s excellent and conscientious installation, they made the process of getting new window treatments completely stressless. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the results of their efforts. I have two more rooms needing window coverings and I will definitely be using Stoneside!

Ashley the designer is an incredible asset—she came to the house with an eye for details and great suggestions. The 2” cellular shades she showed me look perfect in my home. Travis Ballenger the installer is a pleasure to work with—he is super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The shades are hanging perfectly and look fabulous.

Ashley listened carefully to our needs, respected our budget and made exciting recommendations that have worked out just great. Thanks to these two, me and my wife's dream home is coming to life. First of all, let's talk about the company and the shades themselves. Stoneside is not the cheapest company out there but they are the best. The quality speaks for itself and the service is worth anything you would spend elsewhere. We love what we've chosen and we have full confidence that these will last us for a very long time. Jason: From the get go, Jason has been a pleasure to work with. The fact that he has a design background was ESSENTIAL to us. We're not rich. He completely understood all of our budget limitations, learned what kind of styles we liked, and walked us through every single step along the way. We were not easy to work with. We doubted ourselves and changed our minds multiple times. There were a number of times when I called him and he would pull over on the side of the road just to send me a new proposal on the fly. This type of commitment and service is rare and is appreciated. Travis: He's a perfectionist. Installation day will forever be engrained in our hearts as one of the best days of the new home process. Travis showed utmost respect for our home and was delicate with all our furniture. He saw things we didn't see and he took his time to ensure that every single shade on every single window (there were a lot) was PERFECT. Again, this type of commitment and service is rare and we a very appreciative of it. We got the price we wanted and the window treatments we wanted and we got to work with the best people. So thank you Stoneside for running such a great company and for making such great personnel decisions on Jason and Travis. It is truly a pleasure to write this review.

May 01,2019A positive experience from start to finish. Lots of communications about what would happen and who would show up before each step in the process. Carrie (our design consultant) took us through the design options of colors, materials, room darkening, pull mechanisms, etc. in a clear and straightforward way, and could show us examples of most things before we made any selections. She was very helpful in making suggestions without being overly pushy. We saw Sam the installer twice- first to do details measurements which needed to be accurate and then to hang and adjust the blinds. When the blinds arrived they work smoothly and look fantastic. Some of the wood slat blinds we had needed adjustment to hand perfectly straight- he did that so that all work was completed to our satisfaction the first time around.

Apr 27,2019We moved into our brand new home six months ago. We took a long time to decide what kind of window treatments we wanted and we weren’t sure what companies were professional and affordable. Once we saw the website we loved that we could browse options of colors and styles. We knew we wanted something modern and sleek, and once we meet Zee and she took us through the process it was so easy! There was a lot of options to choose from but with Zee’s expert advice and guidance we quickly found what was best for us. The next week temporary window covers were installed (thank god!!) and we only had to wait about two weeks more for the shades to be installed. Joe installed them professionally and in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous. The shades are beautiful, elegant, and modern! They work effortlessly and smoothly. We are so happy that we took the plunge and went with Stoneside. We love it so much that we decided to get shades for the three windows we “thought” we didn’t need! Thank you again!!

The design consultant made good suggestions and the installer, Joe was the best. He meticulously measured all the windows and doors and was efficient, professional and skilled in the installation. I would highly recommend this company - ask for Joe to measure and install your window treatments.

When I called in to schedule a service request, Travis called, worked me into the schedule and came by to make sure everything was working fine. I really appreciated the quick response, and the comfort of knowing our blind maintenance, when needed, is in good hands.
