Jan 08,2019The sealers and other products made by Stone Technologies are second to none. I have used their products exclusively for several years now and have never been disappointed in the results. I recently started using their dye, which also has proven to be a superior quality product. My only complaint is with shipping...I have a lot of orders which arrive compromised, others not at all. They are always good and send out replacements without question, however if I may make the suggestion that you find a better way to package for shipping, or find a new carrier...it's often a major inconvenience to have to wait for the replacements. Everything else is great, even the customer service regarding issues, you're so close to being the best around, seems with all that talent you should be able to fix the shipping problems!

Oh, did I forget to mention the actual quality of the product? Top shelf - in my humble opinion, one cannot go wrong buying from Stone Technologies, that is why I come back to them. Nov 19,2018I have used their Stone Soap Ultra for about 8 years on my limestone floors and the product is fantastic! My most recent online order arrived leaking and was a soggy mess, with about 1/3 of the bottle having leaked out. I sent an email to Stone Technologies letting them know about the probelm and they replaced the bottle immediately at no charge. That is amazing customer service!!

Oct 30,2018Working on a 95,000 sf assisted living facility. To Value Engineer cost I suggested Stone Technologies for the back of house concrete. Step 1 dye with medium gray, step 2 densify X-1, step 3 X-3 silane. After the kitchen area was complete - Owner decided they wanted a different color for the balance sf. STC came thru with a custom dark rust/brown concentrated dye to ADD to the remaining 26 gals of medium gray to achieve the Owners New color. Looks GREAT.
