Apr 03,2018I live in Los Angeles and had difficulty finding a Stone Yard that would provide information on suitable sealers. I found Stone Technologies on line and although they are in Cleveland TN Mike Parry the president gave all the information I needed and a recommended product for my application. My phone conversation with him was on a Tuesday and the material arrived on my doorstep on the following Friday morning. Following Mikes advice the job is now complete and looks great. Excellent service. Highly recommended

Mar 02,2018Applied dyes less than 6 months ago to new concrete. So I have no comment on durability - whether it will withstand scratches from moving furniture etc, or cleaning it. Time will tell on that. However the product arrived on time- actually placed two different orders. Called once to ask general questions and received excellent customer service. Very friendly. The colors I purchased are rich in color. I also purchased a gloss sealer. I have used stains from a big box store and didn’t get the same results of vibrant colors as this product. There are less steps in this product application versus others I have used -which is pretty awesome. Based on excellent customer service, easy application and the rich dye results, I recommend this product.

Mar 01,2018Unfortunately, the finish sealer has still not fully cured and is tacky. Its been several months now and things still are sticking to the floor. Glad its just the basement/man cave! What a mess. Update : After the 1 star review I was contacted in order to make things right. Which, in my book, is great customer service. The entire sale was refunded, I was also given the option to resurface for free but chose to decline. I appreciate Stone Tech. for making things right.

I had a product issue, not of Stone Technologies doing, and contacted customer service. I received an immediate response from the company president, whom by the way was on vacation. He resolved my issue 100 percent, no charge to me. +++++++

Jan 17,2018I bought X2 and X3 to seal a 10-year old basement floor where I have a woodworking shop. My primary objective was to eliminate concrete dust which had been a nightmare. Roller painted it on--problem solved. The fact that I at the same time dealt with a potential radon problem was icing on the cake. I would recommend these products without reservation.
