Sep 04,2018Horrible experience. All the bottles came open in the mail -- and the USPS felt compelled to deliver it anyway. So I arrived home one evening to a USPS tub, filled with cement stain pooled in an obscure mix of all the colors I ordered. ALL of the bottles were open and had leaked ... and there was a long trail up my long driveway of the stain. It took me 4 hours to clean it all up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM A COMPANY WHO SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PACKAGE SUCH PRODUCTS. Truly a horrible experience. I'm editing this review to note that the company reached out to me to address the issue. While they are focused on the delivery (they should change from USPS or UPS to FedEx in my opinion), they did refund my full purchase price plus shipping to make things right. I appreciate the personal attention my review garnered and that the company responded quickly.
