Jul 15,2024THis order was placed to honor a revered employee who was retiring. I specifically paid for rapid shipping to ensure the gift would be here before her last day of work. Three weeks after she left, I reached out to the company and was told the item had not been in stock. Was truly disappointed with the lack of communication, and will not trust this company with any time sensitive gifts.
