Jun 05,2024I ordered cups for my team but they were of low quality, the wording was different (ordered "Thanks for all you do", but the cups read "You are awesome" and it was the wrong color. I provided this feedback to the rep and they provided a partial refund (did not get reimbursed for shipping or taxes). In addition, I had to pay for my own shipping to return the item back to Successories. I would not shop here again.

May 23,2024BEWARE! I purchased an award for a colleague's 20th work anniversary and the award they sent was an incredible disappointment! It weighed less than a pound and had zero quality to it! They say 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed if you're not happy, but they won't honor it if it's engraved. Well, your an award-engraving company, so how would this even work? Very unprofessional and cheap product. Do not buy!
