Fairly simple booking process. Minor enquiries dealt with quickly and in a helpful manner. Staff friendly and helpful.
I don't understand how a company like yours doesn't accept bookings from Spain to Spain.
Nice campsite where you'll be close to everything no matter which pitch you choose. We noticed that there's VERY few mosquitos, nice surprise

Really poor company Booked the holiday all appeared to be ok and confirmed on the website with the payment schedule. Had no booking confirmation so checked the online account to find payment was unsuccessful. Tried support number, spent half a day with phone on speaker waiting for an anwser before eventually giving up when the live chat became active around 5pm. Advised the agent of the issue to be told "It's not our job to inform you of an unsuccessfull payment" We checked with our bank regarding the payment later to find that it has actually been taken, we've been trying for two days now to speak to someone and nobody replies to emails, nobody anwsers the phone. We'll leave the matter with the credit card company now as the agent confirmed there was no booking and the online account shows the same so this payment as far as we're concerned is unauthorised. Wouldn't touch these guys, I judge a business on its support and theirs is shocking. Imagine if you were on holiday needing help. Will be reporting them to the ACR and other agencies! I've tried contacting through X, Facebook, Email, Phone and via the live chat, no response. UPDATE: I did eventually get to speak to a human who was rude and direct, she did acknowledge that there is a technical issue with payments and agreed to send an email, I asked for this whilst I was on the call and she said it had been sent, I'm still waiting for this email confirming that payment was taken from my account and will be refunded. Support staff clearly frustrated with how this company operates, I feel for them but they do need training in how to better handle situations like this. Still maintain, avoid like the plague!

De camping is kleindchalig en leuk. Animatie team is best goed. De zwembaden zijn schoon en heerlijk- de huisjes van Suncamp zijn oke.

Your suncamp reception guy at the marina di veneze office was very unplesant. Blaiming us for an already broken bed leg. Threating to take the deposite before even checking... We got only one toilet paper for six people. Instead of giving us an extra one for the morning, he said go buy... They didn't let us in with the Camper close to the lodge. He said go talk to them, like he didn't care.. We are the only lodge with no barbiku Grill. I dont know what his problem. But if he is working in tourism, he should be more cooperative and welcoming. Like the local team of Marina di Venezia.
It wasn't made clear on my booking that I would be charged fee when paying from the UK.
