Sep 01,2024Happy to recommend Sunway and Always confident to book online - overall a very positive experience- two calls had to be made to the office re Baggage & Transfer payments and the local taxes. (Clarification’s were given that the B&T charges were for both ways and that the local taxes are dependent upon length of stay, probably a few € pp per night to be settled at the Hotel direct.)

Sep 01,2024Just back from a 10 day stay in the Palm Hotel Kusadasi. Great location hotel was fabulous. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were treated every morning with a smile & when we came in at night was greeted by Eddie.its not often you meet the owner of the hotel you are staying in but I have to say every morning we were met by Cenk he could not do enough for us friends who were staying in other hotels & had come to meet us were greeted by all the staff & there was no problem. After 6 years staying in the derici I am happy to say we have found a new hotel the palm hotel for its great service & friendly atmosphere

Aug 31,2024Easy to navigate. Would like to have been shown the calendar & shown prices on all the days similar to how loveholidays do it. Also the time limit for purchasing made me shake in case I didn’t make the time.

Aug 31,2024After spotting a great deal on a cruise on the Sunway website, I rang up for more info. Toni was patient, helpful, and friendly. She went through all the options and upgrades available, then checked availability and prices for each. She answered all my questions, then sent on a quote with the different options. This made it really easy to take the time to decide what was best for us. The price was great value, much better than the other holiday companies and the booking process was simple. We booked the cruise and saved a lot!! Thanks Toni and Sunway
