Dec 27,2023Everything was very straightforward from booking the holiday, to check in for the flight, the hotel, food and activities. It just felt like we were being looked after and were properly on holiday. The elves were in character 100% of the time. Our holiday in Lapland couldn't have been more magical. It is a holiday which will remain with us for a long time. It was great to spend such good quality family time together. I couldn't recommend Sunway enough and will definitely be booking with them again.

Dec 27,2023Had an amazing experience in lapland, from start to finish everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. All activities were very well organised and all the elves were so enthusiastic, helping to make lifelong memories. The accommodation couldn't be faulted, the food was lovely and a massive selection to choose from. There wasn't a day we couldn't eat it. The snow suits provided were perfect. All on all it really was a trip of a lifetime.

Dec 23,2023Thanks so much for a great 3 days in Lapland. It was an excellent experience. Pixie, Misty, Bauble and Jolly Holly worked so hard to keep everyone happy. I'm in awe of their energy and how they managed to stay in character even when we had an issue with a lost passport. We believe!!!

Dec 28,2023Great trip.... missed the Northern Lights.. The snow mobile rode activity could have been scheduled during the day time for a better ride experience. Else food accommodation and travel guides were exceptional. Flight could not take off from Rovaniemi dur to adverse weather conditions but alternate travel plans were made. Will recommend.
