Sep 24,2024In order to book this holiday there were problems to get accommodation for 14 days at the time we wanted in a particular hotel. however.I asked the Sunway people to if they could find another hotel that matched the same standards and location. And I received a number of quotes and settled for want we wished for. It’s nice to know get a friendly person to look after all details including flights and documentation to make it easy to manage our travel arrangements.

I was at the Holiday Fair & met Adele there who was very informative, courteous & very efficient in dealing with my queries. Now we have booked to visit Agadir in November, booking again with Sunway as our February experience was excellent. Thank you.

We were booking a lapland holiday but we live in Australia and the website would not take payment- erroring with a 508 invalid country message - maybe an issue with Sunways payment provider. My wife called the Sunway number and spoke with Kelly who was brilliant and helped us to make the payment.

It was like she could read my mind and understand all my needs. From the second she picked the phone, she made it so seamless and helped me validate my choices. It never felt like I was being sold extra or being pressured to make a choice. Communication and updates were top notch so that helped a lot too.
