Jun 27,2024I was happy that I could book the holiday over the phone and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also any subsequent queries which I had were answered quickly over the phone. I find it so much easier and more satisfactory when I can talk with a person directly. The Hotel Oasis is a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and the facilities there are excellent. We enjoyed having the use of a tennis court, pool and table tennis. Hiring bikes made the town very accessible and an enjoyable trip using the cycle lane. I would highly recommend this Sunway holiday in Alghero.

Jun 26,2024I stayed in Golden Day wings Hotel in Kusadasi in 2022 and found it quite good. The rep was excellent and was in attendance in the hotel nearly every day to give information and book excursions for us. this hotel is now closed Attended the holiday fare in RDS in January this year and spoke to Kellie and she did several searches for flights and accommodation in Kusadasi until i found something I was happy with. Am going on 13th October and staying in Derici Hotel

Jun 26,2024We were first booked us into the wrong room with no pool view which is what we originally booked. There was no entertainment as advertised. Sunway is a good company but should not be advertising hotels wrongly. In no way is the tuntaş hotel in kusadasi a 4 star.

Sunway have a straightforward information/booking procedure which is self explanatory as you progress. All necessary information and helpful tips are available.

Jun 25,2024The staff at the holiday show and subsequently, when booking by telephone, were all friendly and professional. The communication by emails were very effficient and detailed. Everything was well explained. However, after leaving Dublin, it was like falling off a cliff. Not one word, one text,or email from Sunway, never mind a "personal representative.' Unless the taxi-driver, whom we searched for and eventually found, is Sunway's "representative," in Portugal. The local man didn't speak a word of English, not a word. The journey to the hotel was in complete silence despite a few attempts using a translator app on my phone. It's not a disaster. We had a very nice holiday and will certainly return to Portugal. However, if Sunway had someone on the ground (or even an email) to advise on local attractions or sell tours, it would have made a huge difference. We didn't find the nearby village 'till the third day of our holiday and it was crammed with lovely restaurants and historical buildings. I don't mean to be too critical, the staff were very nice. It's just that I don't see the POINT of Sunway. It's simplicity itself to book direct with Ryanair and to use their app. The hotel's offer loyalty deals and private transport can be booked via the app.

Jul 02,2024From the minute we arrived at the airport your representative could not have been more helpful. On arrival in Morocco we were met with the wonderful tour guide. He could not have been more helpful, his knowledge of the country was exceptional. He was kind, generous with his time and expertise, courteous, Patient and good humoured at all times. We had a ball all down to the professional organisation, route planning and excellent staff at Sunway. I would positively recommend your company to anyone wishing to embark on an accompanied touring holiday. Looking forward to my next trip with your company.
