Jun 06,2024Very helpful when booking complicated itineraries such as Cruises with multiple flights, transfers, hotels, insurances etc. Agents - especially Ross- have an encyclopedic knowledge of ships, ports and hotels to ensure you have the best holiday. They ask the relevant questions and put together a perfect package to suit you and your budget. Its always a comfort to know that expert help is only a call away should an issue occur.

May 25,2024Following receipt of an email with an offer for a cruise in May which sounded too good to be true, I phoned Sunway and spoke with Toni. She spent time going through the details and it was amazing value so I booked it straight away. We are just back and I have rarely been away when all the arrangements have gone so flawlessly. All we had to do was turn up and enjoy. And boy did we enjoy!! Thanks Toni and Sunway .

May 22,2024I contacted Sunway regarding a cruise holiday and spoke with Diane Evans. From the first moment we spoke, Diane was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This was our first cruise experience and Diane spent a lot of time advising me and helping me through the process. I could not praise her enough as I was quite anxious about making the right choices. Would recommend Sunway in general and Diane in particular for anyone considering a holiday.

Mar 16,2024A once in a lifetime trip. But a big disappointment with meeting Santa. Expected it to be more personalised for the money we paid out. The magical aspect of Santa for us as a family there was absolutely none. Santa knew nothing only our names when we met him and couldn't give our little one any surprise by knowing any personal detail about her. She was turning 7 so there were some questions asked and she said no more about it. I just hope the magic isn't ruined for her next Christmas over it. Other than this very important part of the trip we did have a great trip and experienced the snow magic we would never get in Ireland.

Mar 05,2024Very happy with Sunway both with the office in Dublin and the Rep in Agadir. Transfers were offered after we booked which was a great asset. so nice to have someone waiting when we land. The rep in Agadir was wonderful. so friendly and helpful and very prompt with any requests or correspondence.

Feb 06,2024I will never ever go with subway again. This holiday cost me a fortune and did not get support from Subway. I arrived at Miami airport with no taxi to meet me, this was supposed to be pre booked, paid and organised, I made three phone calls , only to get an office saying it was closed, calls cost me € 100 euros. The pre and post hotels I was recommended were shocking!

Jan 30,2024A magical adventure - from start to finish, our visit to Santa’s homeland in the stunning Lapland, Finland was out of this world amazing. From the elves at the airport to meeting Santa himself every aspect and attention to detail was covered. The trip felt very personal we didn’t encounter many other groups as timing was fantastic and all activities were well organised and run. A must do adventure - it really was a trip of a lifetime except we want to go back :)

Jan 30,2024The local rep was very good, as always. Getting to and from the resort was lengthy and a bit tedious. I appreciate that a good bit of this may have been outside Sunway's control. The tours/excursions on offer need refreshing.
