Jan 29,2025I called to make a reservation for a holiday that with limited availability, which was filling up. Although my initial request for a solo room was acknowledged, they were all gone. Kellie, who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met by reaching out to the appropriate contact and securing a solo room for me. I was quite anxious while awaiting the confirmation, concerned about potentially missing out on the holiday altogether. However, I am pleased to say that Kellie arranged everything seamlessly. Excellent service.

Jan 29,2025I called to your stand at Holiday world show and explained that I'd been too late to get a solo place on the Lake District Tour and ye suggested the Bonnie Scotland tour as it also goes to the Lake District. I hadn't noticed that. No pressure to book. Yesterday I just rang. I got straight through to a lovely lady who booked my holiday without any fuss. It was very easy. Emails followed and I am happy.
