I had no difficulty getting through and I found the two staff members I dealt with very helpful and very efficient. I requested and was emailed the itinerary straight away and my subsequent phone booking was painless

Jan 19,2025This was my first holiday abroad with my family of 6. Had been looking up on line but wasn't sure on a few things. Rang sunway and the first representative I spoke to was Lisa and to be honest was as helpful as a brick wall. I went off not really any the wiser with 3 quotes. I again looked it up online and rang back again. This time I spoke to Norma, extremely helpful, answered all questions, some even before they were asked. Was able to give advice. Was so happy with how I was treated by Norma I booked the holiday with her there and then.

Did everything she said she would do - also when paying deposit for cruise, the person i spoke to there was also super knowledgeable and helpful and shared his own experiences.
