Bad experience...late delivery and smashed bottle lid...HotTubs did their best to sort. I will continue to use HotTubs.

The chemicals I bought for my hot tub were good and despatched quickly. So far so good. Delivery though is the main issue that bothers me. A delivery some months ago was thrown over my 7 feet high side gate. The box split the other side but luckily the product (chemicals again) was OK. I phoned to advise them and they apologised for the courier. This time I was out and the goods were delivered. They left them next door but they were out too ... so they left them on their doorstep ! Not even my step. Seriously unimpressed with the delivery service but wouldn't put this review if I hadn't of brought it up before with them.
