Mar 22,2016Truly amazed at their response when within a few days out replace my hot tub cover began to literally fall apart at the seams - after 3 months of trying to get an answer, this was their email- Had you purchased one of our deluxe covers then I might be concerned about loose stitching, however you actually purchase what is, very probably, the cheapest replacement hot tub cover available. You cannot expect Rolls Royce quality when you pay a Ford Fiesta price. So it seems spending £300 with them doesn't give you acces to their concern - Trading Standards here we come!
