Jun 15,2016Ordered what I thought was a three month kit of Eco one hot tub chemicals having spoken to Jackie who was very helpful. However chemicals arrived loose in box with no instructions or bromine dispenser. Phoned Jackie again who requested a photo of consignment, this I did together with email explaining that I now had to pay extra postage for the bromine dispenser! To date I have not had a reply or received any instructions. Hence my two star rating, just hope the product I have paid £98 (including dispenser +postage) works ok.

May 25,2016Paid £39 extra to receive the cover within 2 weeks and it came in 10 working days, very pleased with the quality, the fixing screws (for the strap brackets) that should have been inside the packaging weren't there but I emailed customer service & they are arranging to send some out to me, very good service!

May 17,2016Ordered a hot tub lid over three weeks ago with a lead time of two to three weeks. Owner will not give me an estimated delivery time but just knows it won't be this week! She will not correspond on the phone only by email. She insists that all express ordered will always be priority so until she stops taking express orders we will not receive our Order. I have asked on several occasions to cancell the order but she refuses to allow us too and insist we just have to wait to her time frame. I would never buy from here again and would not recomend anyone buying from this company!!! In response to bombarding the company with phone calls one per week for the 3 weeks I don't think is bombarding just to ask for a date of delivery ? I never wanted a free upgrade and I never at all requested one ..I never mentioned one it was you that said you have to upgrade to get it earlier at a cost of £50 which I declined! I only received the lid when citizens advise were involved .. Because you would never give a date there was never any viciousness or aggression . Your reply astonished me! In reply to your reply .. I have never asked for an upgrade in service not once .. you kept asking me if that's what we wanted for an extra £££ . Never did we bombard just a call once a week after the original promised delivery date!

May 08,2016the after sale is not as good as all the chat there give you when you put the order in for me it was ------ they got the wrong date for delivery then there was no start up kit no filter and no manuel on how it all works
