Mar 22,2024Swiitch acted as our solicitors to sell our flat and buy a new house. The process was complicated and they helped us with every twist that happened. They communicated with our buyer's solicitors and estate agents so the sale was as smooth as it could be and kept us up to date with every query and stage of that process. Our original purchase fell through while the sale of our property was happening and they fought for us with the new build company to try and help. Although we did loose the purchase of the new build we thought we wanted they did not hesitate to help us when we found the right house. They again made sure we were updated every step of the way and made sure we had everything we needed. Mahi was our Paralegal on both the sale and the purchase and I enjoyed every conversation and email. The failed purchased happened the day after I had my baby and I was still in the hospital. She made calls and fought to keep our purchase as if it was just as important to her as it was to us. When we found the new house to buy she was just as excited as we were. She was so invested and supportive of us. It made us feel like we were is safe hands. I can't thank her enough for all the work she did for us. We are now proud owners of our lovely house and Mahi is to thank for that.

Mar 20,2024Swiitch are managing the sale of a house to which I am an executor. The process has been nothing but miserable and painful. Dire communication and when there is any it's one line with no information and no questions answered. I have to keep reminding myself that they are representing us and we are paying for this service. Really disappointing after the estate agent recommended them but I guess there's a reason for that.
