Nov 02,2023Swiitch were recommended by our estate agent and very pleased they were. We were given one contact for both sale and purchase. Megan Leitch was our contact and she was a great person to have. Any problems we had and any questions asked were dealt with immediately and our minds were put at rest a number of times by Megan. Unfortunately we had problems with our purchase, found by Swiitch conveyancer and we had to pull out. After all the work down we were not charged by Swiitch for the purchase work done. Thankfully our sale went through and thanks to Megan and Swiitch it got to completion without any issues. When we eventually find a house to buy Swiitch will definitely be our conveyancer and hopefully Megan our contact.

Oct 31,2023Connor and Lydia were very friendly and were quick to respond to emails and phone calls. However the sale was dragged out and took far longer than it needed too. There were external factors that slowed the process down however i do feel more could have been done to speed up the process. The email communication was good. Would be hesitant to use Swiitch again.
