Nov 11,2024The worst conveyancing company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Would have given 0 stars if I could. There were so many things they did badly. 1. They took 3 weeks to raise enquiries after the searches were complete then took 1-2 weeks each time to respond to any responses. 2. They raised enquiries which made no sense on things that didn't need raising. 3.Additionally delayed the sale by requesting permission from the mortgage company when this wasn't required. 4.They had no pragmatism and refused to request funds early even though it involved clicking 1 button and 1 additional if they needed to cancel the funds!! Please do not use these guys if you want a smooth sale/purchase
