Mar 14,2023I ordered a new rhino bar and in the just over a week it took to show up the price of the bar dropped $25. I emailed synergee and they honoured the price drop and gave me a refund to adjust the price 👍. Great customer service

Mar 11,2023Online ordering was easy, and the deals were fantastic. I like their tiered system of discounts and gift cards. Order shipped VERY quickly, which I was impressed with. Arrived earlier than anticipated for sure. One of my barbells had fallen out of the box and was dinged, I emailed them with pictures and they immediately responded with a plan; 40% off the bar or return it for full refund. Very reasonable options. My only critique is that they would use a better packaging system for barbells, because they cannot control UPS. I decided I wanted the better rack and they facilitated an exchange without question, or hassle. Very impressed. Return shipping is free if needed. Will definitely return.

Mar 08,2023Very good prices and shipping rates to NT Canada. Everything I've received has been here on time, synergee has taken my home gym to a commercial gym experience. I've jad a fee parts malfunction but customer service was A+ they found the part and had it shipped to me in days. I have no complaints and my mind was blown that they were able to ship my 35lb plate set to me so fast and for the website pricing as I live in annoying place to ship. Great job Synergee! When my rack starts wearing out ill be ordering more from you.

Feb 13,2023For the price paid for my cable power rack I'm beyond impressed. Its taken my home workouts to a whole new level and for that I am thankful. I did research this pretty thoroughly and for a guy at 5'11 who is pretty careful with equipment and training for on the hypertrophy side of health, its perfect. I did make liberal use of hockey tape over the j-hooks and parts of the frame that were going to take the most impact. Lubricating the cable track worked really well too. Id definitely recommend.

Feb 08,2023The Synergee EZ Curl Bar has a nice tactile feel to it. (I purchased the black and chrome model.) The knurling is "grippy" without tearing up your hands. In addition, the rotating sleeves create a smooth motion when performing an exercise. Shipping was very fast. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
