Oct 14,2024Synergy Dental practice in Great Harwood, Lancashire, has the most friendly team of staff that I have ever encountered… and I am 59! They deserve to be recognised and appreciated. I’ve only been a few times, (I initially couldn’t find an NHS dental practice and they accepted me straight away), and they already call me by my name because they actually remember who I am! This makes me feel like I’m not just another number. They seem to really take an interest in you as a person. My dentist is also very patient and supportive and has been most helpful after my root canal treatment- taking the time to listen to my financial concerns as well without judgement. I therefore highly recommend this dental practice to all and wish them continued success. Joy Wareing (Ps. I never normally write reviews but I feel that this practice deserves this)

Oct 13,2024Ridiculous, my children have been registered with this dentist for roughly 2 years and have seen the dentist once! This is because every single time they are booked in it gets cancelled as the dentist is on “annual leave” which apparently is every single time my children have their check ups. I’ve called today to be given the exact same response as I always get and told to book in again, which is pointless considering it’ll just be cancelled yet again. Email being sent to manager and complaint will be logged

Was really nervous for my appointment as I had never had a filling before but Jess and Mahmoud kept me entertained and re-assured me through the whole process. Couldn't imagine going to a different clinic!!!

Oct 10,2024I had a wisdom tooth impaction and was referred to Dr Ganesh to have the wisdom tooth and molar removed under sedation. I have a horrendous needle phobia and everyone was so understanding and reassuring. I didn't feel a thing throughout the entire procedure and afterwards I had hardly any pain at all. I am so impressed and the whole experience has totally restored my faith in dentists after previous bad experiences.

Dr Raza Khan (Blackpool clinic) listened, advised, came up with a perfect plan and has worked tirelessly to create the smile I wanted so much. I needed a lot of work doing and he was in for the long haul! He is an absolute perfectionist and is so knowledgeable and professional. He explained every stage along the way and I knew from the first appointment that I was in a very safe pair of hands.
