Sep 06,2024The dentist was caring, considerate & courteous. He listens well & asked us about our health etc. He is very understanding of my husband suffering from trigeminal neuralgia. My husband says “ he instils confidence”. The staff on reception was polite & helpful too.

Sep 05,2024Synergy dental clinic, bury, my Invisalign journey is over and I’m so pleased with my new smile! My past experiences with dentists were not fun, I feared the dentist tremendously so I never thought I’d say this about a dental clinic but I’d happily continue to go back here and I’d recommend them highly! Dr.Kashif treated me and he did so exceptionally well, he’s very informative and genuine, he ensures that you are happy with the service before you leave. All the ladies at reception are lovely and the trainees are doing a wonderful job! I have no complaints, 5 stars from me :)

Sep 05,2024This is the worst dentist in Birmingham (based in Winston Green, Dudley Road). They only open Mon - wed and that is because the dentist is often on the sick. Their dentist turnover is unbelievable and the management of the practice is awful.why have so many dentists left? This has been going on for years. Even though they open Mon-wed the dentist often fails to come in on Wednesdays. They mostly have one dentist employed at any one time so waiting times are ridiculous. This dentist needs to be investigated.

Sep 04,2024my wife was in considerable pain and rang and got an appointment ,paid £80. Got to the appointment the dentist examined her took a xray she was told the tooth was badly infected and proscribed antibiotics,also covered the tooth with a white substance and was told that the extraction was in the cost paid,having finished the course of tablets while also taking paracetemol for the pain ,she then did as advised and contacted the dental clinic to make an appointment to get the tooth removed,to then be told that it would be £50 then and the rest once the tooth had been removed,she then advised the receptionist that the removal was in the cost paid,she was then informed that she had had a temporary filling when she said that there was no filling the receptionist advised it was the coating on the tooth,so she was lied to by the dentist over the extraction being included in the charge made

Sep 03,2024Dr Sabir and Nurse Jess treated my 11yo at an emergency appointment. They truly went above and beyond to assist and adapt to his specific needs. Dr Sabir was kind, gentle and explained every part of the procedure without, and whilst giving him reassurance and checking he was okay. Nurse Jess ensured my son was able to remain as relaxed as possible, by providing him with fidget items and reminding him to relax. They both made his experience 100% better and improved, on comparison to his past experience, which could easily of stopped him from ever being able to trust a dentist again. 100% recommend Dr Sabir, Nurse Jess and Synergy Dental.

Sep 03,2024I am very scared of dentist and I also have autism, so it was a long decision to finally go to the dentist as soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted so lovely and complimented as well by the receptionist, she could see I was extremely nervous and explained all the steps that would be taken place today she offered me a glass of water and resured me, from there I was taken by the dentist who had the same greet and feel comfortable to them. Completely changed my feelings on approaching dentist such a lovley place

Aug 30,2024Just had Root canal treatment at Synergy although unavoidably uncomfortable at times I found the experience to be pain free, I was kept informed on the procedure and treated with kindness and consideration. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Sep 07,2024At a routine check up I mentioned a pain I’d been getting, I was advised that my wisdom tooth needed removing and it could be done then. I have always had a fear of the dentist so felt a little panicked. I was very re-assured and I can’t believe the whole thing was over in a matter of minutes. I never felt a thing and no pain the following day either. Excellent courteous staff and the practice is spotlessly clean. - Thankyou!!!
