Apr 09,2024Had a very warm welcome, and my appointment was very informative, I felt very at ease and had my questions answered about implants. This was also laid out in a report which I received with my options for dental treatment within 24hrs. And there was no hard sale. 👍🏻 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Apr 08,2024Went in for a filling in august, and I'm still having issues with it today,. As soon as I came home, I was numb until 11pm at night which is a big difference from the 1-2 hours they told me I'd be numb. However, I noticed I couldn't eat without being in horrendous pain. I contacted the dentist and was told I'd have to pay to get it fixed. I refused and contacted the ceo, to which they offered a refund or have another dentist fix it for free - which I unfortunately ended up picking. I was booked in, he checked the tooth, put some paste on and that was it. The pain was still there, so a month later 1 contacted again, this time to get the filling replaced. It's now the 20th December and I still can't eat without being in pain. l've asked for a refund to get this sorted elsewhere, but they've refused to give me one. It's absolutely disgusting the way they treat their patients. For 2 of their dentists to not be able to do something as simple as a filling says a lot about the practice. I've been in agony since August, and have had to take so much time off work to attend these appointments. I'm now going to have to fork out £130+ to get this sorted elsewhere. Also, they definitely drilled too much of the tooth. The side of my tooth is sharp whenever I run my tongue along it. I've contacted the ceo again, but this time I've been ignored, so 1'll be taking this to the Dental Complaints Service. I've got a friend in Blackburn who's at Synergy and she had the exact same issue with her filling, She ended up having to fork out hundreds out pounds to get a root canal because of the problems they caused.

Apr 05,2024I am registered at this dentist and have always had great care, if there's ever been an issue it's been dealt with quickly and with the up most respect towards me however this review is because I wanted to fill in my missing tooth after I lost it. My confidence took a massive hit so i debated a bridge or implant, I reached to a few local private dentists for quotes and the prices seemed high for what you got and synergy's price was the most competitive and I already felt comfortable with the team.I had an initial consultation and they explained all my options, prices and what it involved. I chose the implant because I didn't like the idea of having 2 healthy teeth filed for a bridge, it would last longer, be stronger and it actually worked out cheaper in the long run. They did the CT scans and sent me the report to decide and then I had another appointment to confirm my choice so we wasn't rushing into it and I had all the facts.i had the surgery yesterday, they used a surgical guide for keyhole surgery with me to keep the structural integrity of the bone I had. It was so quick and easy and I didn't feel a thing, the anesthetic pinch was the only bit of uncomfortableness that is had and that lasted a few seconds. Iv woken up today no pain, no swelling and I'm following the after care pack I was given, I have already had a phone call to check on me and make sure I am doing ok. My physical check up is in 2 weeks to make sure it is healing nicely so I think it's great that they care and check so frequently, all the check ups are included in the price so no extra hidden fees. The staff throughout the whole process the dentist,the nurses the receptionists were fantastic. Polite and kind and answered any questions I had. Initially I was scared and anxious about the thought of drilling into my skull and putting metal in, pain, bruising/swelling but so far iv had non and it's the best decision I made and I'm really looking forward to getting the crown fitted and smiling without a gap.

My dentist explained what treatment was required thoroughly, he brought pictures of my teeth up on the large tv and talked me through everything and answered my questions. The hygienist was helpful and offered advice. My overall experience of this dentist has been good. Sonia

Apr 03,2024Lovely dentist. Receptionist was very efficient & helpful. Waiting room had cosy seating and lots of information to hand. I went for my initial Consultation. The dentist I saw on the bottom floor was amazing. He delivered person centred care. He listened And understood all my concerns and insecurities & worked with me , making me feel relaxed and in safe, competent hands. He was thorough and offered a service with a smile and a gentle understanding person centred approach throughout. Couldn’t recommend enough.

They went the extra mile to fit me in as an emergency even though they were extremely busy and just had a celebration event with the mayor at the practice. Apr 10,2024Due to not having visited a dentist in more years than I care to admit, my treatment is quite extensive. Natalie explained everything in detail during my consult so I needed to ask no questions and on the day of treatment I knew exactly what to expect. During the treatment she was reassuring and allowed for regular breaks to ensure I was comfortable. I’m now not at all nervous to go back for stage 2 and can highly recommend Synergy
