Love you guys, but Don’t really understand the deal with taking so long, when I ordered it it was in stock and then as soon as I ordered it sent me an email saying they were out of stock and it would take a while, I don’t understand that! And still have not got the other rod and reel from my first order it’s been two months...

Order ID: 905354 - It is a new Shimano Saragosa SWA, pre-order for Sept I placed order on Aug 4, 2020 and finally received an email on Sept 3 asking me if I received my order or not. They should know if they got the reels in and sent it! They have not respond to my email until now Sept 8. Customer service is deplorable.
Ordered a rod and some line weeks ago. The line came but the rod still hasn’t. They do not answer the phone and instead it is a voicemail telling you just send an email to them. This is for sales or customer service. It is impossible to get somebody on the phone and they don’t answer customer service related emails. I purchased this ride for an upcoming fishing trip and I can’t find out anything related to the status. Spend less money on buying ads and more money on customer service.

Tackle Direct was hard to get in touch with originally, which unfortunately was to be expected, but once contact was made the return order and exchange got completed fairly quickly.
