Jun 29,2020I have orders 2 months old and I have still not received what I paid for. I have tried three different times to call and I have sent three different emails regarding my orders. Finally received any email saying my package was delivered and it never was. If you are going to continue to use the virus as an excuse to why things are not shipping, then shut your business down until you can get it right. Otherwise you will continue to receive bad reviews about how you conduct business.

Jun 26,2020I like others can not get a response from Tackle Direct after I placed my order. They promptly charged my CC and sent a confirming email. I have emailed them twice and tried to live chat twice. This is my last attempt before I dispute the charge with Citicard. If you are reading this my order number is W-880778. Jun 26,2020Zero response to inquiries about my order number. No confirmation email about my order. They sure didn’t mind taking my $500.00 bucks. I wouldn’t order anything else from this outfit. Their customer service is lower than the scum on the bottom of a sewage lagoon. Judging by the other negative reviews, I’m not alone in the getting screwed department.

On June 9th, 2020, I hadn't received an email confirmation that my order had shipped, so I called & was instructed by an automated system to send an email to sales@tackledirect so I did so. On June 19, 2020, since I hadn't received a reply I sent a 2nd email. Due to no reply, on June 23, 2020, I sent a third email.

Jun 30,2020This company has provided me with amazing service. Thank you for your assistance overall, commitment to a solution, above and beyond with assistance. I order a combo reel baitrunner 6000 and the post office lost the package or could not find it which was clearly not in my control. TackleDirect sent me another one with out hesitation and provided attentive communication. I work for Chase and assist in various customer service roles and this experience is by far one of the best I've personally encountered. Its much appreciated
