It said my order have been delivered on the tracking, but i couldn't find it anywhere. I tried to check it on my security camera, but there was nobody delivere the package. I think they gave me somebody else's tracking number.
I am pretty concerned at this point that I may never see a rod I order I tried calling but they aren’t taking calls and I tried messaging them to no response. Hopefully I can get it soon I’m going on a fishing trip in a few weeks

Chipping and services sucks I order some jigs for an uncoming trip like three weeks ago and nothing yet
I order a st croix pole june 5th Was told 7-10 days before it was shipped becauseof delays. Here we are July 4th still no pole and no response to the email I sent 2 weeks ago !!!!
***Edited: TackleDirect got back with me and I was able to return the product. Thank you for helping me resolve the issue and for accepting the product outside of the 30 day return window. Product was as described, but customer service has been horrible. Multiple emails and calls to try and exchange the product before the 30 day window, but still have not received an email back. If a company is short staffed, sending out a mass email to everyone explaining the situation would help greatly. I believe everyone would be more than understanding if they received an email about their current situation. Not getting back with people is not acceptable. As I stated on one of the comments on their Facebook page, bad customer service is the number one way to lose business forever. I don’t ever leave reviews, but you guys really need to provide customers an explanation and vastly improve your customer service if you have any hope of staying in business.
I wish that I was told before I ordered that the reel was back ordered.

Literally every other tackle shop on the planet was out of the 1/4 oz chrome Kastmasters. Luckily I found them here. Figured I'd also get a new ultra-light rod while I was at it. I went with the cheapest shipping and received my delivery in Boston in 3 days! Everything was in perfect condition. I'll be back.
Finally after 5 emails and 22 days I got contacted
Very disappointed only one item was receive out of three order , but company was claiming that a full order was send if I don’t send them an Email I would have never receive credit , took to long to receive answer
