Sep 08,2022I contacted customer services at Taps Empire before ordering to make sure the item I needed was actually in stock, I was in luck they had one which they reserved for me till I ordered online. I ordered on Tuesday and parcel was in my hands on Thursday great service with brilliant customer service. A huge relief to me as I had been waiting for this item for over six weeks from another retailer so now work can begin!

Aug 06,2022i tend not to order stuff online but had no choice as could not find the correct item, looked online found Taps Empire site was blown away on how easy it was to order i was apprehensive initially but gave it a go items was described correctly although there was only one photo the description was enough. straight forward ordering received emails throughout the process with estimate time of delivery and item was as described, price was excellent and delivery was spot on. what's not to like sincere thanks to every one concerned.
