Feb 26,2022I ordered a toilet seat. First one delivered was damaged. I was promised collection of faulty seat when replacement gets delivered. Then they said: “get rid of it yourself”. I had compatibility issues / questions and was just fobbed off to talk to Ideal Standard directly. That took a while. When I asked for different spec replacement / refund they said: “too late, 14 days return policy”. If you get the correct item undamaged, fine. If you require “customer service”, not recommendable.

Jan 27,2022Ordered a matching copper sink and boiling water tap. I was advised the next day that there would be a delay in dispatch. They kept in touch and the pair were delivered 2 months later. As I wasn’t in a rush it didn’t matter, but I was offered a full refund should I not want to wait. The items were well packed and the tap is very heavy! I would not hesitate to order again should I need anything in the future.

Delivery was included in the price, which was great and I could select a convenient delivery date at the time of ordering. The sink was well packaged and perfect - would be happy to buy from Taps Empire in future.

Dec 31,2021AVOID this company at all cost. I returned my shower the next day recorded delivery and for the last 4 months I have been trying to get a refund. They have kept the shower and my money thats theft. Theres a reason this company is cheap they steal your money and do not process returns.

Even after a little glitch, which was entirely my fault, the team resolved things with good humour and patience. Taps Empire are, in my view, entirely trust worthy. And .... their prices are very good as well!

Dec 07,2021Having read some negative reviews, mostly concerning returns that were notified months after delivery we took a chance and bought an Ideal Standard Tesi 'Back to wall' toilet and soft close lid. Getting the contact number for Taps Empire wasn't straight forward (Google) but phoned yesterday morning to check they had it in stock, which they said they did. So we placed the order on-line and had a confirmation email at 12:20pm. This morning just 14 hours later we had a knock on the door at 08:30 by a friendly delivery driver who brought the toilet in and put it down in the hallway. Amazingly quick services and great price, we can't be more happy. Thanks.

Mar 09,2022purchased a close coupled toilet, it came without a box in three seperate parts pan, cistern and lid. all were slightlt different shades of white they changed the cistern and lid and there was a slight improvement so i accepted it my complaint is the toilet came from a third party ( ideal bathrooms) so no one bothered to check the toilet this cost me an extra £50 to get the plumber back to refit the cistern and no one was interested in any kind of compensation avoid like the plague, ok if everything is ok, tough if you have a problem
