Sep 26,2024I ordered an item on 13 September. My credit card was charged in full on the 14th. It is now the 26th and the tracking link is still saying the order is being prepared. I accept that the actual shipping time to Australia is longer than a local delivery but it shouldn’t take over a fortnight before it is even shipped. And payment certainly shouldn’t be processed until shipment. I am hoping that the item will be worth the wait.

Apr 14,2024Bought Scotland towel for my husband taking on holiday to Turkey during the football season. The towel is a good size and nice and bright. Haven’t washed the towel yet but will before we go and sure it will wash great. Fingers crossed Scotland will do well, but if not, he’ll still be proud using his towel 😆😆😆
