Sep 02,2022Ich gebe die 3 Sterne für den sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Kundenservice und die jeweils prompte Zurückzahlung bei Sortierung des Auftrags. Das müsste aber alles nicht sein, wenn die Artikel die abverkauft sind nicht mehr im Shop wären und verkauft würden. Ich kaufe Sachen weil ich sie wirklich haben will und nicht aus Spaß an der Freud, insbesondere wenn die Transportkosten den Warenwert weit übersteigen.

Sep 01,2022I ordered a pair of children's tartan trousers 8 days ago. They advised they would dispatch with 3 to 4 days. Deliver within 48 hrs. The item is still not here and it is only coming from Edinburgh to Dundee! No email received yet confirming dispatch.

Needed item for this Friday, item wasn’t dispatched till the Monday, item still in Edinburgh as of today Thursday, item won’t come in time wasted my money and my time. So unfortunately You have failed, and your customer service must be ranked as v poor. Very disappointed.

The ordering and checkout was quick and easy and the delivery was quick and came before the date I was given. All the items in the package were in excellent order and well made.
