Ordered two items; the first item arrived broken, the second item STILL hasn’t shipped after more than a week, and both of my emails to the company (one attempting to start a return of the broken item, one asking where the other half of my order is) have gone unanswered. This is the first time I have ordered from this company and after this, it will be the last.

Received a message with a tracking code to let me know the scarf had been dispatched. Was following the royal mail track and trace - the parcel made it to my local post office but then said the address was wrong so was sent back to sender. I emailed Tartan Weaving Mill to enquire what was the status of the delivery and why the parcel had been sent back. I checked the address I had entered as the shipping and it was correct. Sent the email three days ago and still haven't had response. I'm disappointed because I had purchased the scarf as a gift for a friend with plenty of time. I have now run out of time and have no scarf and no update on where it is. Order #TTWM7258

Delivery was quick how ever there are bubbles on the image all over the mug. Just waiting till Christmas after it's been used (gift for my son) to see what happens after washing. I hope it doesn't pop n pull the image away from the mug.

The Tartan Throws, arrived promptly and have to say that we are extremely pleased with the Quality of the Throws. Far superior than any other I have bought and look great on our Sofa's. The size is very generous, either for a throw or Picnic Blanket. I love them, just wish there was a range of Cushions in a matching Tartan to compliment them!

Ordered 4 Buchanan Autumn throws. 1 week later no sign of them being shipped. Called them looks like not in stock. Had already taken my money and they are still advertising them on their web site. When called them they said give me till Monday! Why not put out of stock on the website? So you can look elsewhere. They have my money and I'm in limbo now. Can't look elsewhere till I get my money back.
