Dec 11,2024I spent several hours selecting products because they require a minimum of 50 euros. You can buy less but then shipping costs are ridiculously high. I found the shop looking for panettone and pandoro, spent a lot of time trying to find some products to reach over 50 euros only to get an e-mail several hours later saying the panettone and pandoro are out of stock. So it was a very bad experience. How is it possible that you even don't have a serious stock administration?

Sep 12,2024I was extremely pleased with the sending time, shipping and packing. I also truly enjoyed most of the products but the green tea. The reason for my order in the first place was to get this kind of tea that I can no longer find in the supermarkets. I ordered the 'Thé Vert Citron Touche de Miel' from Twinnings but received packages of the normal green lemon tea they offer and not this special kind. I understand that this tea might not be available on the market anymore, but I wish they had updated it to say so and did not allow me to mistakenly put my order for them.
