Jan 03,2020Ordered bandsaw Dec 17, 2019 Paid 2600 with tax which they billed my credit card for in the 18th the following day. This item was supposed to be in stock so you would think it would be shipped out soon afterwards. Jan 2 had to phone to find out when it would be shipped. Was then told that the ones they had in stock were floor models. So I had to cancel the order which puts me another 3 weeks behind. I would have understood if they had of called the next day and said look we made a mistake and the ones we have are floor models. But I had to wait almost 3 weeks to find this out. Now have to order it out of California which will take another 3 weeks.
