Bought an RZ Mask online with an in store pickup. The staff at the store encouraged me toi try it on and the it fit prior to leaving. I was glad I did, because I had chosen the wrong size and style for me. They were super helpful and patient. The prices were competitive. Would recommend to anyone, both online and in store sales reps were great to deal with

Had a bit of an ordering mishap with Tegs, but they made it right. Completely satisfied. I order a lot of tools online and most other retailers would have just gone and cancelled my order accompanied with a standard apology for the inconvenience. Tegs really went the extra mile in making this order happen. Another thing I noticed as well, they know how to safely pack things for shipping. Much more so than most retailers in my opinion.
