Apr 11,2019Excellent tool quality. Service not so hot lately. I came in 3 times recently as it took me a bunch of figuring to determine which toolbox system was going to work for my needs. On all 3 occasions, nobody came out from behind the desk or even asked if I needed help. This has not been the pattern here in the past but after 3 visits, this pattern is worth commenting on. I'm finding the store a little fuller each time I come and a little less organized. I will keep coming to Teg's. And I willingly pay more at Teg's because I want the small business service and I know that costs. But please, don't tempt me to go elsewhere when the guys don't seem engaged.

Apr 10,2019Put my order on March 17, the expense was on my Visa card on March 18. I had to send an e-mail on March 26 to have any news about the shipment. They ship on March 26. To much time between my order and shipment... As the tracking on Canada post web site don't move since March 26. I call them (April 2) and they said I had to contact you (April 3), so you can ask for an investigation by Canada post. April 10, no news yet!!!!
