Jun 30,2019Dealing with Tegs has become my preferred go to for tools. Always a fair price and awesome service. Never had issues with deliveries or follow up. Perhaps you might find a slight lower price, if you want to spend hours searching and the few dollars are not worth the grief dealing with less expedient and problematic service issues. I save the $5 and have peace knowing my orders are in good hands. Thanks Tegs, keep up the great service, I’m sold! Gary

Jun 27,2019The drill that was advertised on their website was not the one I received but they were very understanding and refunded me fully and promptly and paid the return shipping. I was very impressed by their customer service and would trust them with my next purchase in a heartbeat. They just have to make sure the picture is the same as what you get.

Received order confirmation email and also got phone call and email to advise when ready to pick up-next day. This may differ but they had my product in store. Went to pick up and real quick service. Will use again

Couldn't be happier, both with the product, the price and with my experience ordering from Tegs. I don't usually do reviews but I had to do this one!

May 06,2019Great first experience with TEGS!. Web site is easy to navigate, pricing is very competitive, order feedback was prompt and my items shipped without delay. The only glitch was that the tracking number provided did not work - but items arrived so quickly that this didn't become a real concern. I won't hesitate to shop TEGS again.
