I was having problems and spoke to a technician by the name of Russel. He was very nice and able to remedy my problem in a short time. The only complaint was I was on hold for 20 min. before I could Speak to Russel.

Russell did an excellent job of problem solving connectivity and bandwidth issues at our RV trailer site. I just hope that he passes on information with management at this site to reset all of its configurations more frequently so we don't have future issues.

Just arrived at RCW RV Resort in Tucson and had problem initiating internet service . Your tech that assisted me walked me thru patiently , staying on the phone until he was sure I was connected . The best impression i had was the quick response ... no long hold with crappy music !

As soon as Russell picked up, I could tell that is someone who will go above and beyond to help. He could have easily told me he cannot help me because the problem is on my device but he took the time to think of all ways to get my device working, successfully.
